Screen Fields
Use the fields on the Approve Timesheet Charges screen to determine those timesheets to display for review, approval, or rejection.
Selection Criteria

Charge Option |
If you are linking UDT02s and UDT01s, use this drop-down to select the appropriate option to determine whether you want to view UDT02 or UDT01 charges. If you are not linking UDT02s and UDT01s, these options do not display and the Charge Line Details table displays UDT01s. Select Work Assignment from the drop-down list to approve or reject subcontractor charges. When you select this option, Work Assignment columns display in the Charge Details table. These include Status, Work Assignment ID, PO ID, and others. |
Approval Status |
Use the drop-down to select the status of the charges that you wish to view. If you select the "Approved" status, additional fields display below the Function drop-down so that you can additionally enter a Schedule, Year, and Period. |
Exclude Process Timesheets | Select this check box to exclude timesheets with a status of Processed from the list of timesheets awaiting approval. |
Function |
Select the function of the project manager. The selections available depend on the rights that you have as a project manager in Time & Expense, and the functions that are created in the Manage Functional Roles screen and assigned on the Manage UDT01S or Manage UDT02S screens. |
Schedule |
If you selected "Approved" for Approval Status, select a timesheet schedule. All timesheet schedules that exist are available. |
Year |
If you selected "Approved" for Approval Status, select a timesheet schedule year. All timesheet schedule years for the selected Schedule are available. |
Period |
If you selected "Approved" for Approval Status, select the timesheet schedule period ending date. All timesheet schedule period ending dates for the selected timesheet Schedule and Year are available. |
Drill-Down Options
Select levels to see an additional breakdown of charge activity information by UDT or employee. If you do not select levels, you still see the activity in a summarized manner by charge and in a detailed manner by timesheet cell date.

Level 1 |
Click to select the UDT value or "Employee" to display the charge activity information at the selected level. The available UDTs are those with the Use check box selected in the Configure General Settings, UDT Options tab screen. You must select a Level 1 value in order for the Level 2 field to be enabled. If you change the Level 1 value to "None" after having selected Level 1 and Level 2 values, the Level 2 field changes to "None" and is disabled. If you change the Level 1 value from one UDT value to another after having selected a Level 2, the Level 2 value changes to "None;" this prevents you from selecting the same UDT value for more than one level. |

Level 2 |
Click to select the UDT value or "Employee" to display the charge activity information at the selected level. An additional value of "None" is available. You must select a level 2 value in order for the Level 3 field to be enabled. If you change the Level 2 value is changed to "None" after having selected Level 2 and Level 3 values, the Level 3 field changes to "None" and is disabled. If you change the Level 2 value from one UDT value to another after having selected a Level 3, the Level 3 value will be changed to "None;" this prevents you from selecting the same UDT value for more than one level. Level 3 |

Additional Detail Columns
Select additional columns to see additional UDT information when the details level is displayed.

Column 1 |
Select the UDT that you want to display as an additional column in the Charge Line Details table. The available UDTs are those with the Use check box selected in the Configure General Settings, UDT Options tab screen. If UDT01 and UDT02 are displayed, the value you selected is not available for Column 1. For example, if you selected UDT01, "UDT01" is not available in the Lookup. There is also an additional value of "None" available |
Column 2 |
Select the UDT that you want to display as an additional column in the Charge Line Details table l. Regular and Overtime Hours
Field | Description |

Regular Hours | This non-editable field displays the total regular hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours. |
Overtime Hours | This non-editable field displays the total overtime hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours. |
